Tasting Notes: A blend of our most perfumed varietals from 2022. Aromas jump out of the glass of rose, pear and lychee. The palate does not disappoint either, showing superb complexity of flavour and that characteristic spiciness. Medium-bodied and smooth, with a lightly off-dry finish and great length.

Winemaker's Notes: A highly perfumed blend of Siegerrebe and Seyval Blanc. The grapes were destemmed and gently pressed separately. The must was then fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics. This was then allowed a short aging before being blended and bottled.

Style: Highly aromatic, displaying rose and pear on the nose, leading to gentle spice and lychee on the palate.
