Tasting Notes: This semi sweet wine displays both floral aromas of jasmine, plus stone fruit. The palate is light and fruity, with flavours of peach and elderflower. A very food friendly wine inspired by the great wines of Germany. Serve at 8-10°C.

Winemaker's Notes: Meaning pretty hill in Cornish, this semi sweet wine we can only make in years when the grapes achieve the right balance between sweetness and acidity. Fermented in stainless steel and with chilling used to stop the ferment, resulting in residual sugar and lower alcohol.
