How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders take between 2-3 working days to process and once processed shipping is overnight within the United Kingdom.
For any overseas orders please contact orders@knightor.com as delivery varies from country to country. .

How much does shipping cost?

Orders of over £60 qualify for free shipping

Orders of £60 and under are £6.00 for shipping

Deliveries are dispatched Monday - Fridays. We are unable to ship at weekends and will process your weekend order the following Monday - Friday.

How do I know if my order has shipped - can I track it?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days (Sun) or 10 business days (Rx), please let us know by emailing orders@knightor.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.
