more aromatic expression of the Madeleine Angevine grape. The 2023 Madeleine Angevine displays crisp pear and elderflower aromas. The palate is bone dry and wonderfully delicate, with flavours of fresh apple and pear.
Winemakers notes: The grapes were harvested by hand and gently whole bunch
pressed. The juice was then fermented cool and slowly in stainless steel tanks for over 6 months using the natural yeast present on the grapes. The wine was then allowed to settle and age for a short period in tank on the fine lees before being bottled in early Summer of 2024.
