"No oak in this Classic Cornish Chardonnay. Tropical Fruit With nutty undertones and a racy finish. What grows together goes together, enjoy this with Cornish megrim sole" - Stuart Douglas, WSET Educator
Wine: Still White
Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Character: Dry and crisp
Aromas: Citrus, honey, apple
Flavours: Citrus, apple
Style: Reminiscent of a Petit Chablis
Food Pairing: Excellent with white meats and seafood.
Tasting Notes: This Chardonnay displays citrus, honey and apple aromas. The palate is dry, crisp and racy with apple and citrus flavours.
Winemaker's Notes: One of the highlights of 2022, this Chardonnay was very ripe and clean. Cool fermented in stainless steel results in a more fruit forward, lighter style of Chardonnay that is more reminscent of a Chablis.
