Tasting Notes: A blend of our most perfumed grapes with a lovely bouquet and aromas of rose water, lychee and grapefruit. The palate is fruity and medium-bodied showing plently of dried fruit flavours and a long spicy finish. Very easy on its own and especially good with lightly spiced foods or strong cheeses.
Winemaker's Notes: This wine is made from the highly perfumed pink skinned Siegerrebe variety. The grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must was then fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics. This was then allowed a short aging on the fine lees before being blended and bottled early 2024.
