Tasting Notes: An elegant subtle rosé, suggesting hints of strawberry, violets and cream. The palate is crisp and refreshing with flavours of raspberry, vanilla and cream.
Winemaker's Notes: A dry, crisp and delicate rosé. The Pinot noir used to make this rosé was crushed and cold macerated for 14 hours to extract both colour and body. It then underwent fermentation 35% in American oak the remainder in stainless steel tank.
