Tasting Notes: This unoaked Chardonnay displays citrus, honey and apple aromas. The palate is dry, crisp and racy with apple and citrus flavours.

Winemaker's Notes: One of the highlights of 2022, this Chardonnay was very ripe and clean. Cool fermented in stainless steel results in a more fruit-forward, lighter style of Chardonnay that is more reminiscent of a Petit Chablis.
