Food Pairing: Perfect alongside summer salads such as a Niçoise, or as an aperitif.

Tasting Notes: On the nose there are powerful aromas of strawberry, cherry and vanilla. The palate is dry but fruit forward displaying red fruit and cream characters. Perfect with lightly flavoured foods or as an aperitif.

Winemaker's Notes: Only made in the best years exclusively from a small parcel of Pinot noir précoce grapes grown at our Portscatho vineyard. These grapes were harvested by hand in perfect condition in the first week of September, and gently whole bunch pressed resulting in a pale salmon coloured dry rosé.
