Tasting Notes: On the nose there are powerful aromas of strawberry, cherry and vanilla. The palate is dry but fruit forward displaying red fruit and cream characters. Similar in style to a Sancerre Rosé.
Winemaker's Notes: Only made in the best years exclusively from a small parcel of Pinot Noir Précoce grapes grown at our Portscatho vineyard. These grapes were harvested by hand in perfect condition in the first week of September, and gently whole bunch pressed resulting in a pale salmon coloured dry rosé.
