Siegerrebe 2025
Tasting Notes: Aromatic and semi sweet, with aromas of canteloupe, jasmine, pear and cinnamon. On the palate this wine is fruit filled showing ripe williams pear, spice flavours and a long finish reminiscent of Turkish delight.
Winemaker's Notes: Showcasing the perfumed, pink skinned varietal Siegerrebe an offspring of Gewurztraminer. Harvested late in the excellent 2025 vintage, made in to a semi sweet style, by fermenting cool and then stopping the ferment with residual sugar still present. The resulting wine is pale in colour but intensely aromatic with the right amount of sweetness, without being cloying.
