Pinot Meunier 2025
Tasting Notes: Juicy summer red fruits on the nose. On the palate this light red is fruit forward, with flavours of Blueberry, red cherry and strawberry.
Winemaker's Notes: A varietal typically pressed in to our traditional method sparkling wines. However this experimental small batch of Pinot Meunier was instead fermented on the skins to produce a light red wine. A different approach was taken compared to our other red wines, with this one partly undergoing a carbonic maceration resulting in elevated fruit intensity.
