New Release

Tasting Notes: An elegant and crisp wine, with delicate aromas of strawberry, cherry and vanilla, similar in style to a Sancerre or Provence Rosé. The palate is dry but well rounded with plenty of red fruits, cream and a subtle toastiness from the oak.

Winemaker's Notes: The grapes were crushed and cold soaked for 24 hours to extract both colour and body. It then underwent fermentation 35% in American oak barrels, the remainder in stainless steel tank.

Body: Light
Sweetness: Dry
Alcohol: 11.5%
Character: Elegant and crisp, displaying delicate red fruits and vanilla cream on the nose and palate.
Serve: Chilled at 10°C.
Food Pairing: A food friendly rosé; perfect with seafood, white meats and salads.
