Tasting Notes: An unoaked, elegant fruit forward style more reminiscent of a Petit Chablis. This Chardonnay displays delicate green apple and citrus aromas, the palate is light and crisp with fantastic citrussy drive. A wine with intense purity.

Winemaker's Notes: One of the highlights of the challenging 2024 harvest. Just a very small batch of super ripe Chardonnay was selected for a still wine in 2024, with the majority being made in to a sparkling. The grapes were gently whole bunch pressed then fermented cool with natural yeast. Having just spent time in stainless steel, this wine displays intense purity of fruit.
