Tasting Notes: The wine produced displays generous citrus fruit characters along with subtle creaminess resulting from the oak. The palate is dry and crisp with flavours suggesting clementine, almond and vanilla cream.

Winemaker's Notes: Gently pressed and fermented entirely in older french barrels, resulting in the oak influence being very delicate. The wine was then aged in barrel for a further 11 months before being bottled in the Spring of 2023.
