Tasting Notes: Pale, with the hint of amber in the glass accompanied by a wonderfully fine bubble. The nose is rich and complex with a wide range of both red fruits and citrus with an underlying aroma of rich buttery pastry. Despite being dry the palate is filled with fresh red fruits and cream.

Winemaker's Notes: Here at Knightor we only make vintage sparkling wines in the very best years with the finest parcels of grapes. In 2017 we made 1271 bottles of this 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs. Bottled in May 2018, and aged for over 5 and a half years before being disgorged.
