Tasting Notes: This Latin phrase exhorts us to enjoy the moment and is a fitting name for this young fresh wine. Medium bodied and fruity, aromas of black cherry, peppercorns and spice. The palate is soft and fruit filled. 

Winemaker's Notes: Our Carpe Diem Red spent a short period in oak before being blended and put into bottle early 2024.
