Winemaker's Sparkling Duo

We have paired one of our favourite Sparkling Knightor Cuvées with this Sparkling Rosé from another English producer, created at Knightor for the Webbsland estate.

Tasting notes: Pale lemon green in colour with a lively mousse that quickly settles to a steady stream of fine bubbles. Aromas are a combination of apples, citrus and freshly baked bread. On the palate, this wine shows great vivacity, complexity and a fine mousse.  Serve at 8 degrees.

Produced from the 2014 vintage, from our friends at Webbsland vineyard who we currently make wine for. 2014 was a brilliant year for producing perfectly balanced Sparkling wines. This is, a dry, biscuity sparkling, focusing on savoury nutty aromas and delicate raspberries. The palate is crisp and biscuity, with a fine bubble and good length.
