West African Feast - Friday 11th May - £34 per person
We're bringing a new taste of the West to Cornwall and inspiring local Cornish produce with the bold flavours of West Africa. Enjoy delicious traditional dishes how they are meant to be - with a warming, communal gathering and a colourful feast.
Ticket includes pre-dinner Winemaker's tour, 2 courses & a welcome cocktail.
Wine tour begins at 5pm. This weeks focus is on oaked and aged wines; what to expect from oak and how long will a wine improve, how oak is used, fermenting, malolactic and ageing in oak and the differences. You will learn about the different types of oak, plus non-oak barrels (acacia, chestnut), as well as the variety of ageing processes from tank, barrel and bottle. Tasting will include Classic Cuvée, Pinot Noir, Carpe Diem and Madeleine.

We usually seat all guests on communal long tables and everyone is served at the same time. There will be a seating plan for the evening so if you wish to be seated with another separate reservation please let us know in advance.
All tickets are non-refundable or transferable within 7 days prior to the event date. Please note all menus are subject to change due to seasonal and local availability. We can cater for most dietary requirements and menu dislikes if we are advised in advance, please get in touch with email@example.com before booking to ensure we can accommodate you at this feast.
Once you have made payment your booking will be confirmed, tickets will not be sent out but your name will be on the guest list for the evening.
