Vinification: All of the grapes were picked by hand, crushed and given a short cold soaking to extract a little more colour and fruit intensity. After pressing the juice was fermented cool, to preserve the delicate fruit characters and freshness. A small proportion was fermented in oak to provide roundness and complexity.
Winemaker’s note: A 2018 blend exclusively from grapes grown on the stunning Roseland Peninsula of South Cornwall, England. Grapes were harvested by hand and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tank to preserve the natural fruit aromas. A fruity pale pink wine, aromas of peach, melon and red fruits leap out of the glass. The palate is off dry and full of tangy English red fruits, a perfect aperitif. Serve at 8-10°c.
