Explore the aromatic and bold flavour of Knightor Vermouth with the rosso and dry blends, created at our Cornish winery using our English wine and a blend of herbs and spices, many of which are picked in and around Knightor.

The rosso is the most versatile of Vermouths - enjoyed straight on the rocks with a slice of orange, as a spritz with either soda or tonic water or to make the ultimate Negroni! The dry blend with it's rich and spicy flavour is a warming blend of cologne, bergamot and bitter orange is perfect for a Manhattan or Dry Martini.

Next up, vermouth needs a fine gin and for this we have Cornish made, Colwith Gin. Made just a few miles up the road from us, Colwith gin is a London dry style gin, classically juniper led with a carefully infused recipe of 15 botanicals which include 7 amazing Cornish botanicals from seabuck to mint and even a spoonful of local honey!
