Cider Feast - Friday 28th June
In the spirit of midsummer and celebrating Cornwall's fantastic food heritage, our chef has created a menu full of seasonal dishes using local cider as an ingredient, perfect for enjoying a long, summer evening with family and friends. Gather together in the rustic threshing barn or in the winery courtyard (weather permitting), ready for a 5 course feast of cider-inspired goodness.
The feast will begin at 6:30pm with nibbles in the bar.
5 courses £34.95 per person.
CIDER FEAST MENU
At the bar - Cider & onion soup cup with cheddar potato bread toast
Cider & onion soup, potato bread croutons (v, vg, df)
1st course - Mini squab pie
Mini apple, leek and potato pie (v, vg, df)
2nd course - Mussels in cider, leek & chorizo
Slow roast tomato salad with fennel and a cider dressing (v, vg, df)
3rd course - Confit pork belly stuffed with black pudding, creamy mustard mash, cider jus, carrots with fennel
Cider ratatouille tart with mash potatoes and sautéed kale (v, vg, df)
4th Course - Greengage frangipane tart, vanilla ice cream, cider & ginger syrup
Greengage frangipane tart, vanilla coconut cream, cider & ginger syrup (vg, df)
The vegetarian, vegan, dairy free menu is available on request, please let us know if you require this menu at least 3 days in advance. This menu is not available to order on the night. Please contact us on email@example.com booking if you require a different special dietary menu. Thank you.
Tickets will not be sent out but your name will be on the guest list on the night. Tickets are non-refundable or transferable within 7 days of the event.
