Tasting notes: Pale lemon green in colour, with subtle aromas of apples, pears plus a slight nuttiness. The palate is youthful and crisp, with flavours of green apples and citrus. Perfect as an aperitif or with salads or tapas.
Winemakers notes: Cool fermented between 10-16 degrees in stainless steel to preserve freshness. The resulting wine was kept on the lees for over 8 months before being bottled, preserving the natural spritz left from fermentation.
