Tasting notes: Super pale and water-like in appearance, there are delicate aromas of apple, pear and elderflower. The palate is delicate and gently sweet, with flavours of elderflower and pear, the resulting wine has a fresh finish due to crisp balanced acidity. Perfect with delicately spiced foods.
Winemakers notes: A light delicate expression of Bacchus that perfectly reflects 2021. A cool year with challenging ripening conditions resulted in a Bacchus with more restrained characters than typical. This wine was cool fermented in stainless steel, the ferment stopped naturally early, resulting in a wine with a little residual sugar left. Perfectly balancing the light body.
