Our physical gift vouchers can be redeemed against food, wine, tours or accommodation at Knightor. These vouchers cannot be redeemed in the online shop but you can purchase our e-vouchers for this purpose. 

When you view your shopping cart there is a 'special instructions for seller' box. Please input the delivery name and address for the voucher to be sent to here.

You can also note here if you want us to input:

1.The gift recipients name(s) on the voucher in the 'To' section. 

2. Input a name(s) on the voucher in the 'From' section 

3. Input something other than the monetary value of the voucher in the 'Gift details' section i.e. Wine tour and tasting for two / Sunday lunch etc. 

We will usually post out your voucher via 1st class post within 72 hours of your order, please call us direct (01726 851 101) if you need delivery sooner and we will do our best to help or send you a printable email version.

Vouchers are redeemable at the winery shop and restaurant for products and services up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Voucher must be presented at the time of purchase. Physical vouchers are not reedeemable in the online shop.
