Portuguese Feast (Feast only)
The Portuguese sure know how to celebrate a 'festa', and that's exactly what we're aiming for here. Join us for a welcome cocktail in the bar before dining a 5 course menu of mouthwatering, tasty ingredients from the land and sea, locally sought wherever possible. Add great company and quality wine and you've got yourself a perfect evening!

A wine tour with a difference, our 5pm winemaker tour is a great chance to learn more and this week's theme is food and wine pairing. Take a brief tour of the winery before enjoying a tutored wine tasting accompanied by nibbles/cheese.

On arrival -
Welcome cocktail with
fresh cheese, sourdough & pimenta moida (hot pepper paste)
To start -
Melon and mint soup with yoghurt & crispy smoked ham hock
Smoked pepper oil instead of ham hock (V)
Followed by -
Roasted octopus dressed with smoked paprika, parsley and lemon
Green eggs & piri piri mayonnaise (V)
Main course -
Roasted orange-rub pork belly with fennel and coriander marinated broad beans served with arroz de tomate
Baked celeriac with fennel and coriander broth, broad beans and arroz de tomate (V)
Caramel walnut mousse
*Please be aware that while we always try to cater for dietary requirements, this menu is not suitable for vegans or those with aversions to garlic or chilli (although there is nothing very spicy here). Gluten and dairy allergies can be catered for easily - please let us know at least 3 days before the feast.
Tickets will not be sent out but your name will be on the guest list on the night. Tickets are non-refundable or transferable within 7 days of the event.
